The reservation office will inform you by email when your booking is confirmed within 72 hours of your request. The tour purchase will be made directly at the Castello Papadopoli Giol ticket office, with several payment options available. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Comfortable shoes are advised.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, please contact the reservation office at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

The tasting will take place even in case of bad weather.
